The founders of Chips & Champagne | hospitality solutions know each other for more than 10 years, when they worked together in Cologne and Zurich, before their professional journeys parted way until now. Based on their shared interest in eating out, high quality products, restaurants and hotels overall, the contact always stayed strong. Due to the corona crisis many owners and investors of hotels are now even more critical of restaurants & bars and see them more as a „must have rather than a profit center and therefore dont invest enough time in creative outlets, that are enjoyed by their guests.
